What information Craft Pricing Lab collects, why, and the choices you have.
In short
- Numbers you type into our calculators stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- We collect your email only if you subscribe or contact us.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, used only to reply to you.
- Email signup: your email address, used to send site updates such as new guides, calculators, and templates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Calculator data
The calculators run in your browser. Your inputs may be saved in your browser’s local storage so they are still there when you return, and you can clear them at any time by clearing site data in your browser. If you create a share link, your inputs are placed inside that link, so anyone you send it to can see them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This data is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Cookies
The site uses cookies and similar storage that are needed for it to work, such as remembering preferences and supporting the email signup form. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that run the site for us: our web host (Hostinger), which also provides the email signup and newsletter service. They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up. Email subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited time by our host.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you through our contact page.
- Depending on where you live, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is meant for adults running a business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
